急性上消化道出血168例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 168 Cases of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的 探讨急性上消化道出血的原因和预防措施。方法 对我院 1995年 1月— 2 0 0 1年 1月收治的 16 8例急性上消化道出血进行回顾性分析。结果 急性上消化道出血的主要诱因是精神及药物因素 ,其次季节、烟酒刺激、机械刺激等因素 ;基础病以消化性溃疡及肝原性疾病为多 ;性别以男性居多。

Objective To investigate the reason and defense measure of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods The data of 168 cases of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from January 1995 to January 2001 were analysed retrospectively. Results The factors of psyche and drug were the main predisposing cause of the acute upper intestinal hemorrhage. The factors of season, tobacco and alcohol stimulation, mechanical stimulus were the following predisposing cause. In these cases peptic ulcer and hepatogenic disease patients were in the majority, and the male patients were also in the majority. Conclusion Avoiding predisposing cause, preventing and curing virus hepatitis were the keys to prevent acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
