刑警和巡警紧张程度分析

Analysis of the strain degree of patrolmen and criminal policemen

①目的 探讨不同工种公安干警的紧张程度及其对心身健康的影响程度。②方法 采用余善法教授推荐的工作紧张问卷对某市公安局刑警支队和巡警支队的全体干警进行紧张调查和健康状况检查，检测血清中单胺类神经递质、血糖、血脂水平，检查血压、心率、心电图等，并进行方差分析及两两比较。③结果 发现在各种反映紧张程度的指标中，多以１１０＞刑侦＞其他为序。④结论在所查公安干警中，以 １１０工种紧张程度最高，其次是刑侦工种，因此应针对不同的紧张程度实施不同的干预措施。

Objective The strain degree of operators and peelers with different type of work and the effects on their physical and mental health were studied. Methods 142 male peelers and 107 male operators were conveyed with the questionnaire of generic job stress commended by Yu Shanfa, and blood pressure ,heart rate, ECG ,blood sugar, glycerinate, cholesterol, monoamine neurotransmitter were detected meanwhile. Results It showed that the degree of 110 was the most of five types of work according to occupational stressors and modifiers, next is criminal scout; while the officers was the most according to hypertension, next criminal scout; and criminal scout was the most according to monoamine neurotransmitters and cholesterol. Conclusion 110 and criminal scout were the more stress groups. We should take pertinence interventional measurement to prevent physical and mental diseases of police.
