脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素和一氧化氮含量及相关性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨内皮素 (ET)和一氧化氮 (NO)在脑梗塞中的作用。方法 应用放射免疫分析法和分光光度法分别测定 38例急性脑梗塞患者血浆 ET和 NO含量 ,并进行动态观察 ,并与 30例正常对照组进行比较。结果 脑梗塞急性期血浆 ET含量显著升高 ,NO含量显著降低 ,与正常对照组相比 ,差异均显著 (P<0 .0 1)。血浆 ET含量在发病 72 h最高 ,随时间延长而逐渐下降 ,至恢复期降至正常 (P>0 .0 5 )。血浆 ET水平与疾病严重程度呈正相关。 NO含量在发病72 h最低 ,随时间延长而逐渐恢复 ,至恢复期仍显著低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,NO含量与疾病严重程度呈负相关。结论 脑梗塞时血浆 ET升高 ,NO下降 ,二者含量的变化与疾病的严重程度相一致。 ET和 NO在脑梗塞的病理生理发展过程中起重要作用。 Objective The investigate the correlation between endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) and cerebral infarction.Methods The plasma levels of ET and NO of 38 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal persons were measured by radiommunoassay and spectrophotometry and monitored dynamically.Result The plasma ET level of the patients at acute stage was significantly higher than that of the control,and the NO level was significantly lower contrasted with control(P<0.01).The ET level reached peak 72 hours after the onset of the infarction,and decresed gradually to normal at recovery stage (P>0.05).It was positively correlated with the severity of the infarction. The plasma NO level of 72h after the onset of the infarction was the lowest,and restored gradually to what however was significantly lower than that of control(P<0.05),and it was negatively correlated with the serious degree of the infarction.Conclusion The plasma ET level increased ,whereas NO level decreased in cerebral infarction.The changing tendency was in accordance with the severity of disease.ET and NO played important roles in the pathophysiological development of acute cerebral infarction.
