摘要
目的 研究性激素与脑梗塞发病的关系。方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定了 48例男性脑梗塞患者及 30例健康男性血清孕酮 (P)雌二醇 (E2 )和睾酮 (T)水平。结果 脑梗塞患者血清 P较对照组显著降低 ,P<0 .0 1,血清 E2 在脑梗塞患者较对照组显著升高 ,P<0 .0 5 ,血清 E2 在 3个月随访期间趋于正常水平 ,血清 P在 3个月随访期间略高于急性期 ,两者相比无显著差异 ,P>0 .0 5 ,但于正常对照组相比有显著差异 ,P<0 .0 1。血清 T在脑梗塞组和对照组无明显差异。结论 性激素比例失衡与脑梗塞的发病有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sex hormones and ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods 48 men with acute ischemic stroke and 30 healthy male persons were collected to determine their sera levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E 2) and testosteron(T) by radioimmunoassay.Results Sera P levels in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in healthy control subjects(P<0.01) ,while sera E 2 levels in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in healthy control(P<0.05).Sera E 2 levels tended to close to normal 3 months after the stroke, and sera P levels were slightly higher than those in acute stroke, There was no difference in sera P levels between patients in acute stroke and 3 months after the stroke (P>0.05),while there was significant difference between the patients 3 months after the stroke and healthy control(P<0.01).No differnce was found between patients and control subjects in serum testosterone levels.Conclusion Lower sera P levels and higher E 2 levels might have effects on the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke in men and imbalanced sex hormones is closely related to the onset of cerebral infarction.
