1999～2000年《医学理论与实践杂志》误诊病例研究

Studies on Misdiagnosis Reported in 《Medicine Theory and Practice Magazine》between 1999 and 2000

目的 避免误诊、漏诊 ,以提高业务水平。方法 对 1999～ 2 0 0 0年《医学理论与实践杂志》发表误诊报道加以分析总结。结果 该杂志 2 a误诊报道 48篇 ,误诊病例 772例 ,38种病种。询问病史不详细 ,检查不仔细 ,未做主要辅助检查者占 42 .4%;确诊主要方法以辅助检查较多者占 44 .9%。结论 为避免误诊、漏诊应做到询问病史应详细 ,重视病历的采集 ,检查要认真、全面、系统 ,视病情做辅助检查或特殊检查 ,做好鉴别诊断 ,加强专业知识和全科知识的学习。

Objective To avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and to improve the professional level of doctors.Methods Misdiagnosed cases reported in《Medicine thory and practice magazine》 between 1999 and 2000 were analyzed and summarized.Results 48 relevant articles were reported in the journal in the two years, of which 772 misdiagnosed cases and 38 kinds of diseases altogether were found.The main causes included:careless inquiry, examination and undone accessory check-ups(42.4%);confirmation of diseases mainly by accessory check-ups(44.9%).Conclusion To avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,taking patients'histories seriously,examining the patients carefully and thoroughly with accessory or special check-ups dependent on different circumstances,making comprehensive differential diagnosis,strengthening learning of the professional knowledge should be kept in doctors' minds.
