摘要
在温度变量较多 ,温度变化范围相差不大的控制系统中 ,采用单个温度变送器检测温度成本较高 ,介绍了一种由单片机构成的低成本、多通道、高精度的测温仪。仪器利用分段最小二乘拟合技术消除了铂电阻非线性的影响 ,同时仪器具有Modbus接口 ,并开发了配套的上位机软件 ,通过上位机软件 ,可方便地对仪器进行参数设置 ,构成多通道、低成本的温度检测系统。
The price of using single temperature transmitter to measure temperature is very high when the system has many input temperature points and the measured temperature range is not big,introduces a low cost,multi-channel,high precision thermoscope composed of singlechip which can eliminate the influence of nonlinear character of platinum resistance temperature detector(RTD) by subsection data fitting,it has modbus network interface and corresponding setup software,can be easily customized and form a very cheap,multi-channel temperature measurement system by its pc software.
