Study on Dephosphurization for Large Converter Steelmaking

摘要 利用副枪在吹炼过程取样测温的方法研究了大型转炉炼钢脱磷情况。适当控制炉渣的氧化铁和碱度可使吹炼终点磷含量达到预定值。计算了吹炼终点渣—钢反应的平衡值 。 The study on desulphurization for large converter steelmaking has been carried out by sampling and measuring temperature with sublance during blowing. The phosphur content of steel at blowing end can reach predetermined level by proper control on the FeO content and basicity of slag. The equilibrium between slag and molten steel at blowing end has been calculated, and the regression equation of the relationship between phosphor content and process parameters effecting dephosphurization reaction has been obtained.
