摘要
根据传输理论建立注流吸氧预报模型 ,定量地计算连铸过程中盛钢桶到中间罐注流吸氧速率。结合生产试验数据对理论模型计算的结果进行分析和讨论。建立的预报模型很好地预测注流的吸氧速率 。
The oxygen pick-up rate of the teeming stream from the ladle to the tundish during the continous casting is quantitatively calculated using a prediction model built up according to the transfer theory.The results of the theoretical calculation by the model are analyzed and discussed in comparison with the experimental data.The newly built model has laid a sound theoretical foundation for prevention against the reoxidation of the liquid steel during the continuous casting since it can very effectively predict the oxygen pick-up rate of the falling steam.
