摘要
参照耐火材料试验标准[1 ] ,试验研究了漂珠用量对镁质连铸中间包绝热板的抗折强度、体积密度、耐火度、显气孔率和导热系数等几个物理性质的影响。研究结果表明 :漂珠能显著降低镁质连铸中间包绝热板的抗折强度、体积密度和导热系数 ,但对显气孔率的影响不太大 ;在本试验研究条件下 ,漂珠的最佳用量为 2 0 %
According to the refractory material standards the effects of different quantity of floating particles on the physical properties of the magnesian insulation board for the continuous casting tundish such as bending strength,volume density,fire resistance,apparent porosity and thermal conductivity are experimently studied. It turns out that the floating particles can greatly decrease the bending strength,volume density and thermal conductivity,and has little effect on the apparent porosity.Under the present experimental conditions the optimal usage of floating particle is 20?%.
