摘要
分析了影响滑板连续使用的安全因素 ,制定相关技术措施 ,结果表明滑板平均连用 4.11次 套 (最高为 5次 ) ;上水口平均使用 12次 块 (最高为 17次 ) ,效果显著。在试验成功后已经推广 ,经过探索改进 。
Factors affecting the service life of the sliding plate are analyzed and technical measures accordingly adopted.Results show that the average life of the sliding plate is extended to 4.11 heats(the longest,up to 5 heats),and the average life of upper nozzle,to 12 heats(the longest,up to 17 heats).The technology is well received and broadly popularized for its outstanding achievement,and it is expected that the service life of the sliding plate can be further prolonged if only proper renovation is made on it.
