摘要
Sn对AlSiMg系合金的时效过程产生明显的影响,合金中加入Sn,若不进行时效处理,Sn作为夹杂降低合金的力学性能;若进行时效处理,Sn抑制Mg2Si沉淀相的聚集、长大,从而使其呈弥散状分布,因而合金的力学性能有较大幅度的提高。通过时效,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率可分别达到271.34MPa和4.21%。同时发现Be对铝合金中Fe的影响很大,当Be的加入量为0.03%时,时效后合金的伸长率与抗拉强度为最好。
Sn has strong effect on the ageing of AlSiMg alloy.Sn can weaken the strength of the alloy as inclusions without ageing,while with ageing Sn can increase the strength of the alloy by stop the growth and segregation of Mg 2 Si ,resulting in dispersoid.By ageing,the ultra-strength and elongation are up to271.34MPa and4.21%.In addition,the effect of Be is very apparent on the Fe phase in the alloy,obtaining the maximum of ultra-strength and elongation after ageing with addition of0.03%Be.
