摘要
通过力学性能测试和金相组织观察 ,分析了热处理对试验钢组织与性能的影响 ,提出了优化的热处理工艺 :试验钢经 85 0~ 870℃退火 ,硬度≤ 2 30HB ;经 95 0~ 10 0 0℃淬火 ,硬度达到 6 2~ 6 4HRC ,晶粒度等级为 7~ 9级 ;经 970℃淬火 +2 0 0~ 30 0℃回火 ,硬度≥ 6 0HRC ,冲击韧度达到 10~ 12J/cm2 。冲裁 0 5mm厚热轧硅钢板的试验钢模具寿命达到 6 0万件以上。
Through studying the mechanical properties and microstructures the effect of heat treatment on microstructures and properties of 1 6C 10Cr steel was analyzed and the optimum heat treatment was pointed out:the hardness of the steel annealed at 850~870℃ is less than 230HB.The hardness of the steel quenched from 950~1000℃ is 62~64HRC and the grain size grade is 7~9.The hardness of the steel quenched from 970℃ and tempered at 200~300℃ is more than 60HRC,the impact toughuess is 10~12J/cm 2.The service life of the steel die punching the 0 5mm thick hot rolling silicon steel sheets can reach more than 6×10 5 times.
