摘要
研究了合金元素的合理匹配及热处理对焊接性能和耐磨性能的影响。此种材料有较高的耐磨性及良好的焊接性 ,硬度达到 4 0~ 4 5HRC ,现场可进行拼接施焊 ,广泛用于矿山、电力系统的耐磨管道、护衬等耐磨件。
The optimization of chemical composition and the influence of the heat treatment on the weldability and wear resistance of the test steel were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the steel possesses higher wear resistance and better weldability, its hardness reaches 40~45HRC after proper heat treating,it could be welded in situ and suitable using for wear resistant pipe,tube and elbow in mine and electric power system.
