摘要
采用变质处理、热塑性变形和热处理 3种工艺可以改变中锰白口铸铁碳化物的形态和分布。碳化物由网状变为半网状、条状和块状 ,消除了铸造缺陷 ,细化了组织 ,强度和韧性有明显提高。高温塑性变形能力较强 。
Using three methods,modificatin,thermoplasticity deformation and heat treatment.It is possible to change the shape and distribution of carbides in medium manganese white cast iron and make them change from network into semi network,streaky and blocky structure,eliminating cast defects,refining the structure and enhancing strength and toughness greatly.And it can be shaped by forging,because it has good ability of plastic deformation at high temperature.
