摘要
研究了 (α+γ)区形变淬火工艺对 15钢显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明 :15钢经预先淬火及随后亚温形变淬火 ,可获得组织细密的马氏体加铁素体双相纤维组织 ,使该钢的强度和塑性得到明显改善 。
The effect of deformation quenching process in the (α+γ) range on microstructure and tensile properties of 15 steel were studied.The results show that by prequenching and deformation quenching in the (α+γ) range a ferrite and martensite fibrous dual phase structure can be achieved.It can appreciably improve the strength and ductility.That is effective methods for developing high strength and high ductility of dual phase 15 steel.
