摘要 研究了锻后直接冷却及锻后重新加热到 72 0℃水淬后不同时效温度对轿车用同步器齿环组织和性能的影响。结果表明 :经锻后直接空冷、风冷、灰冷及 72 0℃水淬 +15 0~ 2 0 0℃时效均能满足 α相含量 <5 % ,硬度 (16 8± 8) HB的技术要求 ;2 0 0℃时效 1h的齿环耐磨性优于锻后直接空冷的 ,但空冷工艺简单 ,成本低 。 The microstructure and wear resistance of car synchro converter ring with directly cooling and aging after quenching in 720℃ are studied. The result shows after the car synchro converter is directly cooled by air, wind, ash and sand or aged between 150 and 200℃ for an hour, the percentage of α is less than 5% and the hardness is in the range of (168±8)HB which can satisfy the demand on properties of car synchro converter. The wear resistance of aged at 200℃ for an hour is better than that of cooled by air, but the process cooled by air is simpler and cheaper and the wear resistance is equal to that of car synchro converter imported.
