摘要 介绍了一种新的奥氏体不锈钢无缝管材制备工艺 ,即对空心铸坯直接热挤压制备荒管。在对铸管坯的热压缩试验研究的基础上制定了正确的热挤压工艺。同时对热挤压后的荒管的组织与性能进行了研究 ,结果表明新工艺可获得组织和性能均与传统工艺水平相当的不锈钢荒管 ,但工艺流程缩短 。 A new processing technique for seamless tubes manufacture of austenitic stainless steel is introduced,in which hollow cast blank is directly used for hot extrusion.The right extrusion technology is based on the hot compression experiment,the microstructure and mechanical property of hot extruded tues were studied in the meanwhile.It is indicated that the new technique can make tubes with the same level of microstructure and property as that of conventional technique,in the meantime the manufacture processing is shortened and the cost is reduced.
