摘要
理想材料零件是具有生物体结构特征的非均质零件 ,CAD模型是其数字化设计与制造的基础。从几何表述方案、材料信息表述和几何外形与材料构成的并行设计 3个方面 ,分别提出基于面的非流形几何模型、介观尺度上的参数化细结构和功能构型作为各自的解决方案 ,构建了理想材料零件
Ideal Functional Material Components (IFMC) are the heterogeneous objects which are designed with best functional usage, and constructed by continuously varying material composition,microstructure,non-homogeneous materials and homogeneous materials. CAD modelling for IFMC is the foundation of Digital Concurrent Design and Manufacturing (DCDM). Based on concurrent design of geometrical parameters and material composition and microstructure, the face-based nonmanifold geometric model, the parameterized microstructure and the function modelling to represent the information of geometry and material are presented in the paper, and the main frame of the CAD modelling for (IFMC) are put forward.
