摘要
从企业制造信息系统的现状出发 ,从软件体系结构和功能等角度详细分析了制造信息系统存在的问题 ,以及先进制造模式对企业制造信息系统的需求 ,阐述了 Windows DNA的特征 ,提出了以 DNA技术为核心 ,从底层设备控制到顶层商务应用等不同层次和领域的应用系统解决方案 ,以构建一种新型、分布式。
Windows DNA for manufacturing is an important developmental architecture for future manufacturing software. The paper summarized the state-of-the-art in production management and the trend of information technology. Some features of Network-based Manufacturing Information System are described in detail.Moreover,the properties of component based on Windows DNA are introduced and the mapping relationship between component and NGMIS is proposed. Further more, some key techniques in constructing component-based information system are also presented.
