转炉-连铸工艺生产重轨钢的实践

PRACTICE ON PRODUCTION OF HEAVY RAIL WITH CONVERTER-CONTINUOUS CASTING PROCESS

根据转炉 -连铸生产工艺特点 ,通过稳定控制钢水的化学成分 ,提高钢水纯净度 ,VD脱气处理 ,铸流电磁搅拌 ,降低中包过热度、弱冷却强度等措施 ,避免铸坯表面裂纹 ,降低铸坯中心缺陷的级别和危害 ,防止白点隐患 。

In light of the operating characteristics of the converter-continuous casting a series of technical measures involving steady control of chemical composition and improvement in the cleanliness of the liquid steel, VD degassing, electric magnetic stirring and weak cooling have been taken to eliminate the surface crack, reduce the level and extent of hazardous effects caused by the central defects of the slab and check against the hidden troubles of the white spots on the slab. As the result the quality requirements for the heavy rail are satisfied.
