适应现代经营环境的竞争策略

摘要 买方市场的出现、技术的飞速发展以及加入WTO等使得现代经营环境与以往大不相同 ,因此 ,企业在竞争中必须充分认识现代经营环境的特点 ,采取与之相适应的竞争策略 ,才能在竞争中保持有利地位。文章结合现代经营环境的特点 ,分析了几种相应的竞争策略。
