摘要
高频超声具有极高的浅表软组织对比分辨力。在显示关节炎基本病变如滑膜渗出积液、滑膜增厚、滑膜血管增生及骨质早期侵蚀等方面明显优于X线检查,是关节炎诊断敏感而准确的方法,在关节炎的介入治疗中也可发挥重要的作用。
High frequency ultrasound has very high resolution power on superficial soft tissue. it is rather superior to radiography in detecting synovial effusion, synovial thickening, vascular proliferation, early cartilage damage and bone erosion. High frequency ultrasound is a sensitive and accurate method in the diagnosis of arthritis. It may play an important role in the interventional treatment of arthritis.
