癫痫患者的生存质量及个性探讨

Quality of life and personality in patients with epilepsy

目的了解癫痫患者生存质量及个性特点。方法从社会支持、总体幸福感、生活事件、行为类型、EPQ几方面对117例癫痫患者与健康人对照研究。结果癫痫组总体幸福感得分较低,且发作频繁者得分低,家庭有关问题中负性生活事件总分偏高;具掩饰性倾向,情绪不稳、性格内向,行为类型与正常人的分布无差异。结论探讨癫痫患者生存质量及个性特点,对深入了解患者的病情、控制症状及对其进行心理治疗提供了科学依据,以利于提高其生存质量。

Objective To understand the quality of life,personality and the associated factors in epileptic patients. Method 117 patients with epilepsy and 84 healthy people were included.Social Support Scale,General Well being Schedule, Life Event Scale, Behavior Pattern Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were used.Results The scores of General Well being Schedule in epileptic group were lower than control group. The scores in the patients with frequent seizures were lower than those with out frequent seizures;The negative scores of the Life Events Scale in family related problems in epileptic group were higher than control group, Epileptic patients were likely to lie. Their emotion were changeable and character introversive. Their behavior patterns were similar to normal people.Conclusion These provide us some scientific information about epileptic patients, may be useful for the psychological treatment.
