摘要
Objective To explore image manifestation of Wilson disease. Method To analyze brain and liver CT image manifestation of 23 Wilson disease patients. Result Brain CT image of all patients showed multiple site point or streak, low-density soft lesions accompanied by distension of cerebral ventricle, sulus deepen. Liver CT image of 4 patients showed liver sclerosis characters with irregular shape and rough and uneven in surface. Conclusion Brain CT has important reference value to diagnosis and evaluation of Wilson disease.
