中药镇颤舒治疗震颤麻痹的疗效分析

Clinical treatment of Parkinson syndrome with ZhenChanShucapsule

目的研究镇颤舒对帕金森病(PD)临床症状的控制和改善水平及与美多芭的相互关系。方法应用自拟镇颤舒治疗30例PD患者,并以美多芭作对照,疗效标准采用改良的Webster功能评分法。结果显效率50%,总有效率86.6%,功同美多芭(P>0.05),并可提高美多芭的效力,降低其副作用。结论镇颤舒有较好的改善PD临床症状的作用,对轻、中度效佳。对震颤改善明显,优于美多芭(P<0.01)。推测可能与参与中脑多巴胺系统功能的整合作用有关。

Objective Work over the effect of zhenchanshu capsule on controlling clinic symptoms of Parkinson syndrome and level of improvement as well as the interrelation.Method Treating 30 cases of Parkinson syndrome with selfcreated chinese patient medicine,zhenchanshu capsule,meanwhile in contrast with domamine the curative effect was analyzed abiding improved webster functional assess criterion.Result The aparent effectual rate was 50% and the total effective rate was 86.6%,its effect resembling domamine(P >0.05).Moreover,zhenchanshu capsule might improve the effeciency of medopa,and lower its side effect.Conclusion It shows that zhenchanshu capsule have a preferable effect on Parkinson syndrome,especially on light and intermediate level of cases.It might release the degree of tremor remarkably with a superior effect than domamine(P< 0.01).The cause is supposedlydue to the function of the integration of domamine system.
