全光谱紫外线照射治疗皮下瘀血的机制研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的进一步探讨紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)红斑治疗外伤性皮下瘀血的机制。方法皮下瘀血的吸收时间、优球蛋白溶解时间、UV红斑反应。结果在抑制UV照射对血纤维蛋白溶解系统的激活的条件下,UV促进皮下瘀血的平均吸收时间无明显变化(P>0.05);减弱UV的红斑反应,UV照射后瘀血平均吸收时间显著延长(P<0.01)。较长时间红外线瘀血区照射,也可促进瘀血的吸收。结论UV红斑促进外伤性皮下瘀血的吸收作用与其局部红斑反应有明显的关系。 Objective To elucidate the mechanism of local ultraviolet(UV) irradiation for traumatic subcutaneous ecchymosis(TSE).Methods The absorption time (AT) of TSE,euglobin lytic time (ELT) and UV erythema reaction.Results Despite UV irradiation failing to enhance fibrinolytic system because of intravenous administration of P aminomethyl benzoicacid,the mean AT of TSE after local UV irradiation had no significant alteration (P >0. 05).However, after UV erythema reaction had been inhibited by procaine,the mean AT of TSE appeared remarkably longer (P< 0.01).Much longer local infrared irradiation on ecchymosis field cought also have TSE absorbed effectively.Conclusions The absorption of TSE due to UV irradiation related mainly to UV erythema reaction.
