对磺基苯偶氮变色酸螯合形成树脂分离富集微量铂和钯 被引量:12

Separation and Preconcentration of Trace Platinum and Palladium with p-Sulfophenylaxochomotropic Acid Chelate Forming Resin

摘要 采用对磺基苯偶氮变色酸(SPCA)作为螯合剂制备具有相应的螯合基团形成树脂。研究了SPCA螯合形成树脂的分析特性及其各种条件对分离富集和测定的影响。实验表明:SPCA螯合形成树脂能在pH<5的盐酸溶液中稳定存在;并在pH1.00时SPCA树脂将微量铂和把的氯络阴离子进行交换并与常见的金属离子分离,采用酸性硫脲溶液定量洗脱。通过对样品加标准回收试验,用原子吸收光谱法测定回收率均在94%-105%之间。 By using the p-sulfophenylaxochomotropic acid (SPCA) as chelate agent, forming resin with corresponeding chelate group was prepared. The analytical conditions for the separation and preconcentration of Pt and Pd have been investigated. Experiments show the SPCA resin is stable at pH < 5 HCl solution. Chlorocomplex anion of Pt and Pd in pH 1.00 HCl solution can be adsorbed on the SPCA resin and separated from many other common metals. When acidic thiourea was used as eluting agent, Pt and Pd on the resin could eluted quantitatively. Added standand solution to the samples and determined with atomic absorption spectrometry, the recovery of Pt and Pd was 94% &SIM; 105%.
