赤峰市城区家蝇抗性趋势分析

Present Situation and Devpel oping Trend of Resistance for House Fly to Pesticides in Chifeng City

目的:分析赤峰市城区1988～2000年家蝇对杀虫剂抗性状况,探讨防制策略。方法:用微量点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的抗性程度。结果:赤峰市城区家蝇对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的性均为最高抗,但对氯氰菊酯的抗性呈上升趋势,而对溴氰菊酯抗性发展趋势较缓慢,对敌敌畏的抗性为中抗。结论:在监测家蝇抗性动态的基础上,要继续实施综合防制（包括合理调配用药）,以延续抗性的发生与发展。

To analyse the resistance situation for house fly to insectides in Chi feng City from 1988 t0 2000, and work out the ptatical tactice for control. Mothod: The resistant degrees of house fly were determined by mocto-deop way. Resulr: In Chifeng City, the resistance for house fly to deltamethrin was trending downwards, but to cypermethrin remained still serious. To DDVP was in middle level. Conciusion: Based on examining the resistant dynamice of house fly, and on using the resistan data which we had masered, a remarkable effect was produced in surmounting or postponing the resistance occurance and development by mixing and using pesticides reasonalby (such as pesticide king, applied way dosage and concentration) and comprehensive control, etc.
