冠状动脉搭桥术治疗冠心病18例报告

A report of 18 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting.

目的报告18例冠状动脉搭桥手术病例。方法常温体外循环下行冠状动脉搭桥术15例。其中冠状动脉搭桥加室壁瘤切除术5例、同期行房间隔缺损修补术1例,低温体外循环下行冠状动脉搭桥加主动脉瓣置换术1例,非体外循环下行冠状动脉搭桥术2例。结果18例病人均治愈出院。结论冠状动脉搭桥术是治疗冠心病的有效手段之一,能有效缓解或消除心绞痛、改善心肌缺血、避免心肌梗塞的发生。

Objective To report 18 cases of CABG.Methods 15 cases Were treated by CABG,5 cases by CABG and Ventricular aneurysmectomy 1 case by CABG and ASD repair,and 1 case by CABG and aortic valve replacement.Results All operations were successful.Conclusions CABG is one of the useful treatments for coronary heart disease.
