肝素治疗重症心衰15例临床观察

Clinical observation of heparin therapy in 15 patients with heavy heart failure

目的 探讨肝素在重症心衰中的治疗作用。方法 全部病例均采用常规强心、利尿、扩血管等一般综合治疗 1周无效后 ,加用 5 %glucose 2 50ml+肝素 1 0 0mg ,每日 1次缓慢静点 ,7天为 1疗程 ,用药期间观察症状、体征等变化。结果 全部病人加用肝素后 ,尿量显著增加 ,心功明显改善。 1 5例病人经肝素治疗后显效 1 2例 ,好转 3例。

Objective To evaluate effects of heparin in patients with heavy heart failure.Methods Fifteen patients with heavy heart failure received routine therapy (such as digitalis, diuretics, vesodilators and so on) for 7 days, without effects. Bisides treatment mentioned above, heparin 100mg+5% glucose 250ml imported with intravenous drip were given to these patients,one time a day, lasting 7 days.In the course of treatment ,symptoms and physical findings were observed.Results After the patients were treated with heparin, the urine output increased obviously and cardiac functions were improved remarkably. Of all the patients, 12 of them were effective, 3 of them were improved. Conclusion Using heparin does have therapautic effects in patients with heavy heart failure.
