干化学法测定血糖的样本选择及试验评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨小型血糖仪采用不同样本方式对测定结果的影响。方法 :随机采集体检者的标本用干化学法测定 ,同时与大型生化分析仪的测定结果进行对照 ,并作统计学分析。结果 :用小型血糖仪测定时 ,其末梢血与静脉全血和静脉血清测定值相近 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但静脉全血与静脉血清测定结果差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,小型血糖仪与大型生化分析仪的测定结果差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,但结果间相关性均较好 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :小型血糖仪测定方便、快捷 ,但其不能替代大型生化分析仪的测定结果 。 Objective:To explore the influence of blood samples from difference regions of body on the testing results by blood glucose mornitoring(BGM).Methods:The samples were taken by random and detected by the method of dry chemistry and Cobas Fara Ⅱ.The effects were compared and statistic analyses made.Results:The values of capillaries blood,vein blood and serum,when detected by BGM,were similar( P >0.05),but there was a significant difference between the results of vein blood and serum( P <0.01).The results of using BGM and Cabas Fara Ⅱ had remarkable difference( P <0.01),but they had a good relativity( P <0.001).Conclusions:Dry chemistry method is easy and rapid but it can't replace biochemistry autoanalyzer.We should follow the operating rules when using.
