Haemolysis assessment of Comfort denture adhesive

目的 评价自行研制的高分子合成树脂类义齿粘附剂 (Comfort DA)的血液相容性。方法 试验组用Comfort DA ,阴性对照组用生理盐水 ,阳性对照组用蒸馏水 ,各制备 3个平行样 ,每个试管内加入稀释抗凝兔血 0 .1ml,90min后于 5 45nm处测每个试管的吸光度。结果 Comfort DA样品溶血率为 2 .95 % ,小于 5 %。

Objective To evaluate the haemolysis effect of synthetic macromolecular resin class of denture adhesive, which was developed by the authors. Methods This study was carried out in three groups:①experimental group application with Comfort DA; ②negative group application with normal saline; ③positive group application with distilled water. Each group was tested in triplicate. 0.1 ml diluted rabbit blood with anticoagulant was added to each tested tube. Absorbance of all the tested tubes was measured by a spectrophotometer at 545 nm after 90 min. Results Haemolysis rate of sample of Comfort DA was 2.95 %. Conclusion The developed Comfort denture adhesive didn't exhibit haemolysis effect.
