摘要
目的 :探讨脑囊尾蚴病患者治疗过程中的免疫应答状况。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测三个疗程中特异性IgG、IgA、IgE的动态变化。结果 :3类抗体的阳性率依次为IgG(10 0 % ) >IgE(70 % ) >IgA(4 0 % )。IgG在疗程中变化最为明显。结论
Objective:To shed light on the dynamic rhythm of immune response from pre treatment to post treatment of patients with neurocysticercosis.Methods:By using ELISA,the specific antibodies IgG,IgA and IgE were measured dynamically.Results:The positive rate of specific IgG,IgE and IgA were 100%,70% and 40%,respectively.Average level of specific antibody of IgG class rose obviously after 1st course of treatment,and then gradually reduced with following courses( P <0.01).Conclusions:The results showed that specific antibody responded to the effect of drug administration.
