妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻的治疗

Treatment of adhesive ileus that occurs after gynecologic operations

目的 :探讨妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻的治疗。方法 :分析 30例妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床特点和治疗。结果 :保守治疗成功 16例 (5 3.3% ) ,保守无效而中转手术 14例 (4 6 .7% ) ,9例行肠切除术。结论 :妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻易发生肠绞窄 ,临床表现不典型 ,应采取积极的手术疗法。

Objective:To investigate the treatment of adhesive ileus that occus after gynecologic operations.Methods:The clinical features and treatment effects of 30 patients with adhesive ileus occuring after gynecologic operations were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Sixteen cases(53.3%) were cured by conservative therapy.Fourteen cases(46.7%) were operated on because of noneffectiveness by conservative therapy,including nine cases who underwent enterectomy.Conclusions:Intestinal ischemia is commonly seen in patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction after gynecologic operations and the clinial features are atypical so surgery is the treatment of choice.
