电磁刀在颅底及颅内肿瘤手术中的应用

Electromagnetic field system in surgical treatment of skull base and brain tumor

目的 :评价电磁刀在颅底及颅内各类肿瘤手术中的应用效果。方法 :通过 35例各种不同性质、不同部位的颅脑肿瘤应用电磁刀 ,精确地切割、电凝和气化 ,与常规方法比较其使用中的出血量、周围组织损伤、手术中的效果。结果 :35例中有 32例进行肿瘤全切术 ,出血量减少 ,未引起周围组织的损伤。结论 :电磁刀能精确地切割、电凝和气化颅底及颅内肿瘤 ,尤其适用于出血较多和较复杂的肿瘤 ,操作安全、方便 。

Objective:To evaluate electromagnetic field(EMF) system in treatment of skull base and brain tumors.Methods:In 35 cases,EMF system was used to tumors cutting,coagulation and vaporization.Results:The tumors were totally removed in 32 cases.Adverse effect of the EMF system was hardly seen in the surrounding normal tissue,vessels,or cranial nerves.Conclusions:EMF system has the advantage of safety,convenience and reliability in surgical treatment of skull base and brain tumors.
