Guiding opinions on the implementation of equipment state repair in thermal power plant

针对现行发电设备的定期检修制度存在的主要问题,在总结国内外火力发电厂实施设备状态检修的成功经验的基础上,提出了国家电力公司系统火力发电厂实施设备状态检修的定义、目标、基本原则、组织机构及其职责、工作方式和步骤。

In light of the main problems existing in the current regular repair system of generating equipment ,on the basis of summa-rizing the successful experience with the implementation of equipment state repair in thermal power plants at home and abroad,the definition,objectives,basic principles,organizations and their responsibilities,working policies and procedures of implementing e quipment state repair in the thermal power plants of State Power Corporation system are put forward.
