摘要
对姚孟发电厂4号机组保温存在的问题进行全面测试和研究,在保温材料选择、保温结构设计、保温施工及验收方面提出整体化改造措施,并在机组大修改造中予以实施。改造后的测试和实践表明,通过机组保温的全面优化改造,使散热损失大幅度降低,经济效益显著。
The problems existing in the heat insulation of No.4300MW generating unit in Yaomeng Power Plant were overall tested and analyzed.The integrated retrofitting measures in the heat-insulating material selection,design of heat insulation configuration,heat insulation construction,check and acceptance etc.aspects were put forward and implemented during the overhaul and retrofit of unit.The tests after the retrofit and about one year of operation practices showed that,through the overall optimized retrofit of heat insulation,the heat dissipation loss was greatly reduced,the economic benefit was evident ,and meanwhile indicated that the po-tential of energy-saving in the heat insulation of existing300MW units was great.
