综合介绍山东电力客户服务中心数字语音信息支持系统的技术特点和应用效果。对自动呼叫分配器、计算机电话集成、智能网络等最新呼叫中心技术在电力企业的推广和应用及企业客户服务中心建设应考虑的几个关键问题进行深入探讨。
This paper gives an integrated introduction about the technical characteristics and application of Data&Voice Information Support System for Shandong Electric Power Customer Service Center.It particularly explores the new date call center technology,such as the ACD,CTI ,Intelligent Networks,and its promoted application.Some key problems about the construction of enterprise call center are also discussed in the paper.
