黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾脏疾病的临床观察

Clinical Conservation of Treatment of Huang Kui Capsule on Chronic Renal Diseases

目的 :探讨黄葵胶囊与常规药物治疗慢性肾炎、慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期患者临床疗效的比较。方法 :将 5 6例慢性肾小球肾炎、慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别检测治疗前后 2 4h尿蛋白量 ,血白蛋白 ,血脂及尿素氮 ,用黄葵胶囊治疗 ,并与 2 8例对照组进行比较。结果 :治疗组 2 4h尿蛋白量 ,血白蛋白、血脂及尿素氮、肌酐的变化较对照组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;提示黄葵胶囊为慢性肾脏病的联合治疗提供了一个新方法。结论 :黄葵胶囊具有清热利湿、消炎解毒、活血和络 ,减轻或清除肾小球免疫炎症反应的作用 ,可有效的治疗慢性肾脏疾病 ,临床应用安全、方便有效 ,可改善症状 。

To investigate the compavance of the different clinical effelt between Huang Kui and nomual drugs on pationts with chronic glomerulone phritis and patients with azo temia of chronic.Methods:Fifty six patients were divided into two groups twenty eight innormal drugs grrup and the other twenty eight in huang Kui group Twenty four seveerities of proteinuria serum albumin serumlipid SBUN and scr of after trea tment were individually detectece the results were compared.Results:very significant difference was found between the control group and Huang kui group in twenty four severity of protennuria serum albumin seram Lipid SBUN and Scr of after treatment (P<0.01) .It diminated that Huang Kui capsule had provided a new method in combined treatment on chronic renal diseases.Conclusion:Huang Kui capsule can intirnal heat relieve humidity detoxicate in vigorate the circulation of blood and refresh and can ease or eliminate glomerular immuine inflammation response.It can effectively treat chronic renal diseases.It can improve the symptoms shorten the course of treatment and be safe to patients.It is a really good drug.
