中小型机组真空系统射水抽气器改造为水环式真空泵的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Transformation of Vacuum Water Jet Air Ejector into Water Ring Vacuum Pump for Medium and Small Power Generating Set

对目前中小型机组使用射水抽气器过程中出现问题的原因进行了分析 ,同时介绍了水环式真空泵的主要优点 ,并将水环式真空泵与射水抽气器进行经济性对比 ,最后以哈三电厂 2 0 0MW机组为例 ,提出了改造设计方案。

Analyses the cause for the problem in connection with the water jet air ejector used in medium and small power generating sets, describes major advantages of water ring vacuum pumps, compares the water ring vacuum pump with the water ject air ejector in terms of economy, and suggests an improved design scheme based on the 200 MW power generating set of Harbin No.3 Power Plant.
