摘要
腹腔注射环磷酰胺对荷瘤 (S1 80 )小鼠造成白细胞数量减少和骨髓抑制损伤 ,采用复方沙棘养血膏进行治疗 ,以复方阿胶浆为阳性对照药。实验结果表明 ,复方沙棘养血膏能明显升高荷瘤小鼠外周白细胞数量 ,提高骨髓有核细胞数 ,对脾脏系数也有一定影响 ,有一定的抑瘤作用 。
Intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide to mouse (S 180 ) to low WBC and inhibit bone marrow,then treated with compound Sha Ji Yang Xue plaster,choose compound E Jiao as control group.The result showed that compound has the effect of increasing WBC and cells in bone marrow,it also has a certain influence on spleen and inhibit tumor.Meanwhile,the authors has done some clinical observation with this medicine.
