摘要
目的 观察谷参肠安对缺血再灌注家兔肠道的保护作用。方法 家兔 2 1只 ,采用失血性休克模型 ,随机分为三组 ,检测肠道组织中EB、MDA、TNF含量及DAO活性 ,小肠组织做透射电镜观察。结果 再灌注 90min后谷参肠安治疗组肠组织EB、MDA、TNF水平低于对照组 ,DAO活性则高于对照组。电镜观察谷参肠安治疗组肠粘膜上皮细胞损伤不明显。
Objective To observe whether GuShenChangAn(GSCA)exerts any protective effect on intestines in rabbit during ischemia reperfusion Methods 21 white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:normal and shock controls,and GSCA groups.Hemorrhagic shock animal model was prepared Intestinal content of Evan's blue(EB),malondialdehyde (MDA) ,TNF and the activity of diamine oxidase (DAO) were determined Intestinal epithelium was prepared for electronic microscopy(EM) Results At 90 minutes following reperfusion,tissue EB,MDA,TNF levels of intestine in GSCA group were significantly lower than those of controls,the activity of DAO increased EM demonstrated the epithelial cell damage was not obvious in GSCA group.Conclusion GSCA can prevent intestinal epithelial cell from damaging during ischemia reperfusion
