Analyses of abnormal electrocardiograms in neonates (45 cases report)

目的 :探讨新生儿异常心电图的波形特点。方法 :对 4 5例新生儿异常心电图进行追踪、分析。结果 :4 5例新生儿异常心电图中 ,符合诊断者 34例 (75 % )。结论 :新生儿心电图的异常诊断标准与成人比较有很大的不同 。

objective:To eualuated the wave characteristics of abnormal electrocardiograms in neonates Methods:45 cases of neonatal abnormal electrocardiograms were followed up and analysed Results:Amorg the abnomal electrocardiograms of 45 neonates, there were 34 cases (75%) conformed to the diagnoses Conclusion:the diagnostic standard of the abnormal electrocardiograms in neonates was significant different with that in adults It should be read and analysed combining wht the anatomic characteristics and the nemodynamic changes in neonates
