文章认为对公有制要有全面的知识，公有制应包括混合所有制经济中的国有成分和集体成分。同时，对公有制新的实现形式要积极探索。把握社会主义所有制结构演变的方向，提出了调整公有制经济结构的 5个方面的举措。要全面认识所有制的多种形态。

The author thinks that public ownership should be comprehensive studied. The public ownership should include national ownership and collective ownership in the form of mixed ownership. The form of public ownership realization should be actively explored. Developmental direction of socialist public ownership should be mastered. This paper puts forward countermeasures in five aspects to adjust economic structure of public ownership. The polymorphism of ownership should be wholly understood.
