摘要
在简要介绍耗散结构理论后，用耗散结构理论来分析历史上西部开发活动，进而分析在当前西部大开发中形成耗散结构的条件，着力强调开放与制度创新。
After introduction of dissipation structure theory, this paper utilize the theory to analyze historic activities of western development and states that the innovation and opening up to outside world should be stressed based on analysis of the condition to form dissipation structure in western development.
