摘要
目的 研制一种可用于血管腔内手术的新型支架人造血管。方法 采用钛镍记忆合金支架覆盖一层硅胶类薄膜制成血管腔内支架人造血管 ,通过介入置放导管将其置于动物腹主动脉瘤模型处 ,研究其引起的组织学变化和评价临床实用价值。结果 2 0只动物模型狗置入支架人造血管 ,观察 2周~ 16个月 ,其中 16只支架人造血管通畅 ,2只移位血栓形成 ,2只感染闭塞。 4周后支架人造血管内腔被一层完整的内皮样细胞覆盖 ,动脉瘤两端动脉壁无受压坏死现象 ,动脉瘤腔内可见血栓形成。结论 此种支架人造血管具有良好的柔韧性和生物相容性 ,并可通过简易介入导管置放 ,且价格便宜 。
Objective To develop a new stent graft for endovascular surgery.Methods The new stent grafts,which were made of shape-memorial nitinol alloy endovascular stents covered by a thin layer of silica gel,were implanted in the abdomenal aortic aneurysm of animal models through guiding catheters.The histological changes induced by the stent grafts were studied and their clinical practical value was evaluated.Results The stents grafts were implanted in 20 dogs for a period of time from 2 weeks to 16 months.Of all the grafts 16 were patent,2 migrated were thrombosed,and 2 were infected and occluded.A complete layer of endotheloid cells could be observed on the lumen of the grafts at the 4th week after implantation.There was no necrosis in the aortic walls adjacent to the aneurysm,and there was thrombosis between the aortic aneurysm wall and stent graft.Conclusion This new stent graft has good flexibility and biocompatibility,and therefore can be easily implanted through simple guiding catheter and be cheap in price.So it has a favorable prospect in clinical practice.
