摘要
本文对目前橡胶行业普遍采用的显微照相法 ,作了很大改进 ,具体有 :在计算机屏幕上清晰地显示炭黑粒子在橡胶中分布的彩色图案 ,找出决定橡胶质量等级的特征 ,取得合理刻划炭黑粒子分散性的数量指标 ,提出层次分析判别法 ,由计算机自动判别出待测胶料炭黑分散度的级别 。
The author will greatly improve the micro graphic method which is being used now. It has achieved the following results: (1) the color patterns of carbon particles dispersed in rubber can be shown clearly on the screen of computer and the quantitative norm that reasonably describes the dispersion of carbon particles can be obtained..(2) the author is able to determine the stability of classified objects and put forward the analytic hierarchy process method. The carbon dispersion degree will be automatically judged by computer. Up to now, no similar technology has been existed in this country.
