A NEW EVALUATING METHOD OF INTELLIGENT BUILDING PERFORMANCE

摘要 本文讨论建筑品质典型的品质评价方法 ,分析建筑品质评价的必要性 ,提出一种新的智能建筑智能品质评价方法——建筑智商评价法 。 Some typical methods of evaluation of building's performance are discussed in this paper. The need for and requirements for evaluating intelligent building are looked for. A new method for the rating intelligent performance of intelligent building is worked out, and its methodology and realization are discussed.
