来自 8国集团 ( G-8)冲绳会议提出的新概念 ,所谓“数字鸿沟”,一年来引动一场全球大讨论 .冲绳的结论 ,即发达经济与发展中经济人均收入差距日益扩大的根源在于信息化水平悬殊造成的“数字鸿沟”.“数字鸿沟”与贫富悬殊之间是否存在因果关系 ?

A new concept as so-called 'digital divide' advanced from Okinawa Meeting by G-8, some hot discussion around the world has been aroused this year. The conclusion in Okinawa with the origin on difference of income per capita between developed economies and developing economies results in a great disparity of informatization level which is making up the 'digital divide'. Whether or not the causality's relation between 'digital divide' and a wide gap among rich and poor exist? It is the object here to answer this question briefly in terms of systems idea.
