摘要
作为一种能够高质量、低成本、快速导入新产品的解决方案 (尤其对于制造业而言 ) ,基于产品的虚拟企业正越来越多地引起人们的广泛兴趣 .但由于其具有异地分布、多利益团体等特性 ,如何有效地进行工期风险控制成为一个非常关键的问题 .基于此 ,本文提出了一种风险传递算法 ,并从风险传递、瓶颈风险环节的识别、工期风险的调整、优化和控制等方面 ,对基于产品的虚拟企业工期风险问题进行了分析和研究 。
Be viewed as a solution for quick introduction of a variety of products with high quality and low costs, especially for manufacturing industry, Virtual Enterprises for developing products attract more and more interests currently. However, risk control for lead-time is becoming to be an important issue for the geographical separate and multi-party characteristics in virtual enterprises. In this paper, a lead-time risk transfer algorithm is presented, as well as the systematic analysis including risk evaluating, bottleneck risk unit identifying, risk adjusting and optimizing is carried out in order to provide sufficient decision support for virtual enterprises.
